[Feature] Quilt loader support

Quilt is HIGHLY compatible with Fabric so this should be a quick setup to do.
This doesn't even require separate releases. So I believe all that needs to be done is simply for you to test it once to ensure it works and if it does, mark it as working until proven otherwise, as it seems to be almost always that if compatibility is broken, it's from features used in quilt breaking fabric compatibility, and not the other way around. That is, Fabric breaking Quilt is so rare, they keep a list of occurrences: https://quiltmc.org/en/usage/incompatible-mods/

So it should be an easy thing to do, or add this project to said list.

To be clear: If this mod works on Quilt, just marking it as such. otherwise a search for what/where exactly it is breaking will need to be done, and another issue filed. Following either outcome, this issue may then be closed. Should the latter outcome occur, similar to Vulkan mod, this should be added to https://quiltmc.org/en/usage/incompatible-mods/ with a tracked issue on the matter.

I'll just put this on TODO but I need to get it working with acceptable visuals and this one guy asked for Voxy so I gotta get that done too. should be simple tho.
