docs(guide): disclose the X-Provisioned-By header and complete the status enum - #4

…atus enum Cluster create requests send X-Provisioned-By: cli|agent; the guide now says so and explains how the value is chosen. The status enum now mirrors internal/api/types.go (11 values, source order); guide_test pins the four previously missing values.

Two agent-guide fixes:
X-Provisioned-By: cli|agentheader that cluster create sends, including how the value is chosen (harness env vars,FORCE_AGENT_MODE,AGENT) and that only the one-word value is transmitted.internal/api/types.go—PENDING,UPDATING,WAITING,DELETINGwere missing.guide_test.gonow pins the four added values so the enum can't silently shrink again.
