• specifies a concise, public contribution workflow in README.md rather than a new CONTRIBUTING.md
• documents the handwritten, PowerShell-generated, and override decision paths plus exact formatting, regeneration, validation, and review steps
• corrects the documented override support to include both template and generatorName while preserving existing merge semantics

Open questions

• The repository does not pin a PowerShell version or module set. The spec recommends leaving environment standardization out of scope and requiring intentional regeneration plus generated-diff review.
