Cuts a release containing the two Kinbase query tools, which have been on main since #62 merged on the 24th but are in no published version. Anyone installing kin from a release today has no Kinbase commands at all, so the deployed Company store is unreachable from the tool surface it exists for.

Contents — two commits since v0.44.1:

• kinbase_status and kinbase_explain (Add two read-only Kinbase tools to the MCP server #62). Read-only. kinbase project is deliberately outside the tool surface because it records the query and may open an Unknown.
• Agent sessions identified in desktop health alerts (Identify agent sessions directly in desktop health alerts #66). This had no CHANGELOG entry; it has one now.

Version sync — scripts/sync-version.sh propagated 0.45.0 across all nine files that carry it and re-derived the tool count as 69, which matches the assertion in tests/test_release_metadata.py. scripts/check-release-version.py v0.45.0 pyproject.toml passes, and nothing is left on 0.44.1.

Release metadata tests: 7 passed.

Tag and publish from the web UI after this lands, since the ruleset blocks tag creation from the API.
