This adds Test613 to verify the newly proposed XMMatrixInverseTranspose function from microsoft/DirectXMath#336. It tests against the Identity matrix, Rotation, Scaling, and an arbitrary matrix to ensure consistency with the chained XMMatrixTranspose(XMMatrixInverse(...)) approach.
