Preparation 40415976068 completed successfully through the normal Copilot launcher. All distributable generation and macOS/Linux/Windows library builds ran in that deployment. Every candidate gate passed: Android AGP9 and legacy, Web, Linux, Windows, all four Apple configurations, static checks and package tests.

The actual workflow artifact 12696238939 attests candidate 7f4425b839a4b34dafc36fbf3d9d00bc2a880e07, tree 789027915e3accfd3d6646df4eb0b40d13da4af8, issue170, version1.5.2 and run40415976068/attempt1. Downloaded ZIP SHA256 matches GitHub's digest: f4d7a0af7a07b7e2ffe0728b6b07cc45491b856fdc4bab6563045c57177bb6b1. All ten package versions and nine distributable assets were reviewed. No local compilation or publication was used.

The Android log confirms exclusive session acquisition, four successful Flutter integration suites and ten passing native tests for each consumer. The eight additional Apple workspace/pub-cache PR tests at the repair source passed, including their final Xcode restoration. External Action references use version tags. Copilot engine/generated workflows/profile/approval policy remain unchanged.

Historical PR173 was closed unmerged; the single explicitly authorized state-retirement exception is consumed. This is a new Copilot operation df2ae6c3-f7df-4fe4-ae59-80a5793c4727 and a fresh promotion. Auto-merge is disabled only on this PR while its complete technical CI and review finish. Preserve its now-frozen source; merge must accept this exact head under the existing branch rules. Publication1.5.2 remains explicitly authorized after verification; immutable1.5.1 is preserved.
