• The author-provided PR body reports build and release validation and a package smoke test as ready before review.

The replacement prepare40402806332 stopped before generation/promotion because apple-silicon-runner-2 retained Flutter-generated SwiftPM edits in the example Xcode project and scheme. The checkout source guard correctly refused that dirty cache; no new operation, tag or package publication was created.

Normal commit c90fc5c866354519a01b38ae7396760cc12c771e extends the existing project-file preservation action to tracked Apple Xcode host files and restores them after integration in always-cleanup. Four regression tests cover original-byte restoration, authored/untracked/unrelated content preservation, missing snapshots, and failure-path workflow wiring. All eight local workflow contract selections (49 tests) pass;252 Action references still use local paths or version tags.

This historical PR is temporarily open only for validation and native branch association, with auto-merge disabled. We will first verify all eight corrected iOS/macOS PR matrix jobs, letting their normal checkouts and cleanup repair the inherited CI workspaces. Then Copilot will run a complete new preparation. This PR will close again after the new preparation's metadata job succeeds, before fresh promotion creation. Its old operation/evidence remains retired and it will never be merged.

Copilot engine, generated workflows, profile, approval policy, branch lifecycle and credentials remain intact. No manual runner-cache edit was performed.

The prepare40407523015 Android job exposed cross-workflow emulator interference before promotion. It overlapped the historical PR's Android pub-cache job. Both report machine ubuntu-runner, the same SDK, AVD and port5554. The old PR's44.2-second install ended22:14:34UTC; the candidate app was killed for installPackageLI at22:14:32 and lost its suite connection. The old workflow is now cancelled.

Normal commit 167b76783bcc05383353c2537accfca482d5840f coordinates each whole SDK/emulator/test/cleanup session using a private host lease. AVD storage/names are job-specific by default; an occupied transport or wrong AVD identity is refused, readiness requires the owned process, and cleanup terminates only its own emulator PID. A parent retains the lease without passing it to SDK daemons and forwards cancellation until cleanup ends. Android PR jobs now allow120 minutes for bounded queueing and tests.

Ten local tests pass, including real interprocess exclusion, failure/timeout/cancellation, daemon lease release, symlink safety and SDK/AVD ownership fixtures. The same10 tests also pass in Linux contract40415274623. Native Android verification will be repeated in a fresh complete prepare through Copilot. No new deployment operation has been frozen and no1.5.2 tag/package was published.

PR173 remains temporary, with auto-merge disabled, and will never be merged. It will close after successful metadata in the next prepare; its obsolete Android CI will then be retired before candidate testing. Copilot engine/generated workflows/profile/policy remain untouched.
