Random-access results currently combine NVMe and S3 charts and rankings in one section. Split them into Random Access (NVMe) and Random Access (S3), each with its own hot/cold rankings, dataset coverage, chart bundle, and description.

Use the producer's existing {dataset}-s3/{pattern} naming convention, including legacy taxi-s3, to separate the results. Chart URLs stay unchanged. New group slugs include storage; older group API slugs resolve to NVMe. Bump the group cache version so cached combined results are not reused after deployment.

Added regression coverage for storage separation, independent hot/cold rankings, empty sections, group ordering, and slug compatibility. Reviewed the live group payload and upstream producer naming. Tests, lint, formatting, and builds were not run, per the user's verification instructions.
