A few layout fixes for the platform admin UI (/admin/).

• Detail pages (project, deployment, build, user) show their field labels again. Astryx gives header cells max-width: 0, which hid labels down the side.
• Tables size to their content and keep words whole, so wide tables scroll on phones instead of squeezing. This is the access table's max-width: none applied to every page table.
• Form fields never get wider than the screen.
• On wide screens, page tables line up with the content, like the team table already does. Tables in cards are unchanged.
• The project page's URL, custom domains and Email links match the rest of the admin, and an empty custom domain shows —.
• The top bar and menu give the stacked brand room, and on phones the account button no longer pushes the menu button off screen.
