This PR:

  • Adds pnpm dev:docs to start the Vitepress server, without requiring vitepress to be installed globally and without confusing pnpm docs vs pnpm run docs.
  • Updates the docs homepage with the links to our terms.
  • Does an initial pass to make the docs sound less AI generated. I will do a lot more work on this soon.

Log a console.warn during deploy when user-defined manifest vars
share names with project secrets. Secrets take precedence (CF uses
last-wins semantics). Warning only, deploy continues.

> [!NOTE]
> **Low Risk**
> Low risk: adds a non-blocking `console.warn` in the deploy path plus an integration test, without changing binding precedence or deploy behavior.
>
> **Overview**
> During deploy, detect when `manifest.vars` names collide with project secret names and log a `console.warn` noting that *secrets win* due to last-wins binding semantics.
>
> Adds an integration test that creates a project secret, deploys with a colliding manifest var, and asserts the collision warning is emitted while the deploy still succeeds.
