What
This removes the exported ENV_FILE_CANDIDATES constant from packages/void/src/codegen/env-types.ts.
Why
The constant is a stale duplicate. ENV_FILE_CANDIDATES is never referenced anywhere in the monorepo. The env schema file lookup uses paths.envFileCandidates, which project-paths.ts builds from its own ENV_CONFIG_FILES source of truth, and env-types.ts already iterates paths.envFileCandidates in its own function. The top level constant is a leftover copy that even its own file does not use.
Safety
There is no behavior change. The constant had no readers, and removing it orphans no imports because it was a plain array literal. The rest of env-types.ts is untouched.
Verification
There are zero references to ENV_FILE_CANDIDATES across packages including tests. The void package typechecks cleanly with tsgo and passes oxlint. The change removes 13 lines.
