Adds RegEnumKeyExW and RegQueryInfoKeyW to lib/advapi32.def.

Tcc programs that enumerate registry subkeys or query key metadata on Windows need these two exports. Both names are real advapi32.dll exports. RegEnumValueW is already present upstream and is not duplicated here.

🧙 Built with WOZCODE

Programs that enumerate registry subkeys or query key metadata under tcc on
Windows need these two WinAPI exports, and the advapi32 import list did not
provide them. Both names exist in advapi32.dll.

The bootstrap contract at cac944a fails to compile cmd/v with gcc: the generated C
uses v_set_unhandled_exception_filter and v_time_ticks_ms without declarations, so
the validator never reaches its checks. 614db074f6 compiles cmd/v with gcc on this
host. Updates CONTRACT_SHA and the manifest contract_sha and v_source_sha.
