waitForLiveso that stream controllers will load a switched tracks fragments or parts without waiting for the playlist to be reloaded - so long as the segment or part list has not "expired", and end-of-playlist has passed the load position without multiple stale responses.Why is this Pull Request needed?
Improves unblocks segment or part loading when switching back to a recently loaded playlist.
