Added golden run count placeholders

Adds live-data placeholders for total and current-session golden run counts:

• {chapter:goldenRuns}
• {chapter:goldenRunsSession}

These include golden deaths, collected goldens, and the current active golden run while holding a golden berry.

I did not update the Chinese dialog because I’m not sure if this requires updating Chinese font assets.

Ok just a different question: the last commit message is Add a setting for counting total golden runs, but the commit doesn't add any settings. Is this a communication issue or were you missing something in the commit?

I think I wrote the commit message incorrectly. The last commit just adds descriptions for the placeholders, not a setting.
