This pull request addresses packaging issues for Ubuntu and Fedora/RHEL-based distributions . The main changes ensure that test sources are included in Debian source packages, and that the GUI component is only built on distributions with a sufficiently recent version of Meson.
Packaging fixes and improvements:
testsdirectories are included in the source package, resolving build failures on Launchpad (CHANGELOG.md,secureEye/debian/source/options).secureEye/rpm/secure-eye.spec).
