Track Node 26 LTS [skip release] - #273

Node 26 is the newest LTS line (nodejs.org/dist/index.json). This puts the repo on it: - `apps/desktop/package.json`: @types/node ^24.19.2 → ^26 - `apps/web/package.json`: @types/node ^24.19.2 → ^26 - `infra/package.json`: @types/node ^24.19.2 → ^26 - `packages/config/package.json`: @types/node ^24.19.2 → ^26 - `packages/db/package.json`: @types/node ^24.19.2 → ^26 The runtime floats on `lts/*`, and `@types/node` follows the LTS major, so the types describe the Node that CI and deploys run. Lockfiles are relocked with the repo's own package manager and move nothing but `@types/node` and `undici-types`.
