Windows Quick Tunnel regenerate 时 cloudflared 日志会持续追加，旧实现每次从日志开头解析，导致复用上一代 trycloudflare.com 地址。
本修复在启动新 cloudflared 前记录日志文件身份与大小，只解析本轮新增日志；若日志发生轮转/替换则从新文件开头读取。保留现有日志轮转与历史排障能力。
验证
