Should gate for Redox OS too

Right, stty now compiles successfully for Redox targets:

$ RUSTC_BOOTSTRAP=1 cargo check -q -Zbuild-std -p uu_stty --all-targets --target x86_64-unknown-redox

when it previously failed on main (de6c627):

error[E0609]: no field `line_discipline` on type `&nix::sys::termios::Termios`
