- Regenerate poetry.lock from pyproject.toml (utxorpc-spec 0.19.2, protobuf 7.36.2); the stale lock pinned utxorpc-spec 0.16.0 and protobuf 5.29.5 and carried packages the manifest no longer requires. - CI and release: drop the `poetry lock` workaround and run `poetry check --lock` before `poetry install`, so a stale lock fails and CI installs what is committed. - Add .github/dependabot.yml: weekly pip (Poetry) and github-actions. poetry.lockis regenerated frompyproject.toml. The committed lock still pinned utxorpc-spec 0.16.0 and protobuf 5.29.5, and GitHub reported 20 Dependabot alerts against it. It now resolves utxorpc-spec 0.19.2 and protobuf 7.36.2. It also drops packages the manifest no longer asks for (pycardano, blockfrost, cryptography and others).poetry lockbeforepoetry install. Instead they runpoetry check --lock, so a stale lock fails the build and CI installs exactly what is committed..github/dependabot.ymlis new: weeklypipupdates (Dependabot reads Poetry projects through this ecosystem) and weeklygithub-actionsupdates, in the same shape as go-sdk.Verification (local)
