P1 Classification Is Not Durable

This adds meonvr.com only to the generated runtime list. A standard disposable-domain import rebuilds this file from the manual and external sources, but the repository-controlled manual source does not contain this domain. If the external lists also omit it, the next import will silently remove the new disposable classification. Add the domain to the manual disposable-domain source and regenerate this file.
