Replaces the dev-feat-query-relationship-method as 0.7.1 pin that #968 merged with with the released ^0.7.1.

utopia-php/query 0.7.1 is now tagged (released from appwrite/appwrite#14502 via the monorepo split) and published on Packagist. The dev pin points at a force-pushed split branch, so it breaks once that branch goes away and stops any stable consumer from resolving this package.
