This PR adds Priveria as a linked tool under tools/risk-assessment/.

What it is: Priveria is an open-source (Apache-2.0) privacy governance platform that turns DPIAs into continuous, reusable, threat-informed assessments. It offers a guided DPIA wizard, a transparent configurable risk-scoring calculator, and contextual privacy threat modeling (LINDDUN, MAESTRO, STRIDE, MITRE ATLAS) adapted for AI and agentic systems. Outputs map to GDPR Article 35, the EU AI Act, the NIST AI RMF, and ISO/IEC 42001/42005.

Changes

  • Adds tools/risk-assessment/Priveria/README.md following the tool template (linked tool → https://github.com/aashi1592/priveria).
  • Adds an index entry for Priveria in tools/risk-assessment/README.md.

Docs only; follows the contribution guide (fork → branch → linked-tool README → index update → PR).
