Summary

For #ISSUE.

• Adds docs/llm-providers/opper.mdx with setup instructions for Opper
• Registers the new page in docs/docs.json navigation, after Novita

Opper is an EU-hosted AI gateway with an OpenAI-compatible API, so no Python code changes are needed. Users configure it through the existing LLM_API_BASE mechanism that Strix supports through LiteLLM:

export LLM_API_BASE="https://api.opper.ai/v3/compat"

The model table mirrors the OpenRouter guide's recommended models, as Opper pool names checked against its public catalog (GET https://api.opper.ai/v3/models).

Test plan

• Verify docs/llm-providers/opper.mdx renders correctly in Mintlify
• Confirm the Opper page appears under LLM Providers in the navigation
