This PR proposes to add a transfer speed indicator to gdrive transfers (1st commit).
2nd commit goes a bit further and tries to refactor the transfer indicators such that they are shared between all transfer types. Not so sure about this change and if it fits your intentions.

I have not yet tested uploads (push), but I guess it's the same code path?
