Claude Code adds an agent co-author trailer to commits and a footer to PR bodies by default. The author and committer fields were always human, so the trailer only adds noise to history. Tracking the setting in the repo applies it to everyone working here instead of relying on each person's local config. Both keys are set because older versions read only includeCoAuthoredBy.
…de vulnerable transitive packages. Remove the critical tar finding and all high-severity audit findings.
Picks up the note that global-agent-rules and branding are both main-only, so agents working here stop being told to open a staging PR against a branch that no longer exists. Also carries the empty-is-not-absent rule and the search-API phrase-matching caveat.

Dependency remediation promotion; required checks (staging-source, black) green. pytest failure is pre-existing runner-image rot in the poetry-install action (PermissionError installing to system site-packages), unrelated to the lockfile change and not a required check.
