Add browser extension docs for Trunk Merge Queue

Adds documentation for the new Trunk Merge Queue browser extension for Chrome/Chromium browsers (shipped in v148, trunk-io/trunk2#3480).

Closing as superseded. Main now has merge-queue/chrome-extension.md with more detailed coverage of the same browser extension feature (install steps, signed-out indicator, screenshots). This PR's browser-extension.md would duplicate that content with less detail. The Chrome Extension page on main is the canonical doc going forward.
