A new inset-shadow-border utility draws the hairline border so it can stack with shadow-* without taking up layout space; Tailwind's default inset-shadow-* sizes are reset, matching the other theme namespaces.

• #10467: Use the design system border, shadow, and extra-large radius for all floating surfaces. Backdrops now inherit their radius from the floating element, and the lifted brightness no longer brightens the border.

• #10439: Fix missing chunks after a release when a cached ESM entry point is loaded from an unversioned npm CDN URL. The generated loader selects its own exact release using a relative package URL, preserving the CDN hostname and path prefix. This supports jsDelivr, UNPKG, and other hosts with versioned npm package paths while keeping latest as the default. Custom self-hosted paths continue loading the bundle next to the entry point.
