Publishes the SDK rc65
host initializecontract through the CLI and pins exact SDK0.13.0-rc.65.Execution first obtains the immutable profile plan over the protected local manager socket, prompts dynamically from its input descriptors, uses hidden entry for sensitive values, validates the control-plane URL as HTTPS, and transports values only inside the local request payload. Plan mode never prompts. Execution requires
