Plan

Exercise #161 through the local development runner, correct TreeDX external-repository semantics, authorize exact graph verification, make failed exact-head work retryable, prioritize convergence operations, and prove SDK TreeDX plus R2 read-back. Status: implemented and live-verified.

Verification

• I ran the narrowest relevant package verification and documented any checks that could not be run.
• npm test — 76 files, 221 tests passed.
• npm run check:file-lengths — passed; no handwritten file exceeds 500 lines.
• npm run build:dist — passed.
• Live SDK library acceptance — TreeDX resolved ref 0aaddd2317695ca0d27a1a01cf350801e4387b03; search ready; R2 mirror v2 contained 589 files (46 uploaded, 543 unchanged, 0 deleted); exact GitHub backup verified.

Risk and rollback

Risk is limited to ready external GitHub library bindings. Exact-head idempotency, scoped credential delivery, remote-ref read-back, exact index verification, and existing R2 mirror verification fail closed. Roll back this commit and #161's merge commit; no destructive schema migration is involved.

Completion summary

The actual development runtime successfully reconciled the merged SDK library protected branch through TreeDX and into the private development R2 mirror. The live failures found after #161 are corrected rather than waived.
