Consume canonical TreeSeed logo from UI

Objective

Replace the temporary Admin mark with the genuine UI-owned TreeSeed logo and prevent future asset drift.

Acceptance

• Build and development synchronize public/logo.svg from @treeseed/ui/assets/treeseed-logo.svg.
• The served asset is byte-identical to the published UI package asset.
• The Admin managed application builds and its contract suite passes.

Admin consumption is released as 0.12.59-rc.22: https://github.com/treeseed-ai/admin/releases/tag/0.12.59-rc.22 and activated by Platform generation 85. Managed image sha256:55c18969f02c54308b8bb1b49582430b51edb0c746bd68459fdbf98f9800c464 is healthy; served /logo.svg exactly matches the UI canonical digest.
