Additive OpenAPI-generated SDK surface with new list endpoint and optional query/types; no changes to auth or existing method behavior.

Overview
Adds client.projects.list() so callers can page through accessible projects (GET /projects) with the usual cursor pagination and a typed Project payload (id, name, slug, organization fields).

Beta supported-models types gain adapter serving metadata: optional adapterMode on deployment profiles and an adapterMode filter on client.beta.models.listSupported(). Docs (api.md, MIGRATION.md) and generated tests cover the new surface.
