Bumps Go from 1.27.0 to 1.27.2 to fix the standard library vulnerabilities that govulncheck reports, which are currently failing CI (failing run). All of them are fixed in 1.27.2.
The Go bump also requires updating
golang.org/x/toolsfrom v0.49.0 to v0.51.0. Go 1.27.2 writes a new version of the compiler's export data, and staticcheck reads it with x/tools, so on the old version it fails withexport data version 5 is greater than maximum supported version 4.go mod tidyalso pulled in minor bumps to a few other indirectgolang.org/xmodules.
