Cover the unsupported VersionedCop path. EncodeRequest returns an error for tikvrpc.CmdVersionedCop, but codec_v2_test.go has no package-level test for this behavior change. Add a test that calls EncodeRequest with CmdVersionedCop and asserts that it returns an error.

Add CmdGetEstimateTiCICount AttachContext coverage.
AttachContext has separate rev == 0 in-place assignment and retry copy-on-write branches for CmdGetEstimateTiCICount. The package tests cover other commands but do not include this command. Add a direct test that asserts both context assignments.

Add CallRPC coverage for CmdGetEstimateTiCICount.
No package-level test exercises CallRPC with tikvpb.TikvClient for this command. Add a mock-client test that verifies GetEstimateTiCICount is called and its response is wrapped correctly. This protects the new command-to-RPC mapping from regressions.

Summary
Backport the existing FTS/TiCI client support to
feature/release-8.5-ftsfor TiDB #71280.7f85179af40f) and tikvrpc: support TiCI estimate count RPC #1951 (e544f6d4ec57) for versioned coprocessor routing and TiCI estimate-count requests. Preserve per-commit provenance.0f91f124d321. The target already contains internal/locate: probe follower once when the cached leader keeps rejecting leader reads with ServerIsBusy(0) (#2041) #2044 and retry: delegate killed checks to signal handler (#2042) #2055, so do not duplicate those previous release synchronization commits. Before the dependency update, the final tree exactly matches the audited source911d773659f6.AilinKid/kvproto@d7957dc0b2a8in both root and integration-test modules, including matching checksums. This is KVProto #1538, preserving the new release Top SQL fields alongside the TiCI RPCs.Validation
