Summary

  • Persist shared skills in Turso (skills.db), with CRUD API and optional HTTP catalog for OpenCode
  • Register enabled skills via V2 ctx.skill.transform so agents can load them automatically
  • Add explorer Skills UI (/skill-library): search, create/edit (Markdown preview), enable/auto-invoke, sim fixtures

Closes #402

Test plan

  • bun test tests/skills-api-handlers.test.ts tests/skills-manager.test.ts tests/v2-skills-bridge.test.ts
  • bun run typecheck
  • cd web && bun run check
  • Manual: cd web && bun run dev:sim → Skills → CRUD, Markdown preview, delete styling
  • Manual with real server: create skill, confirm OpenCode sees it / auto-invoke behavior

Checklist

  • Branch is based on main (do not open PRs from commits already on main)
  • bun test passes (skills suite; or N/A)
  • bun run typecheck passes (or N/A)
  • bun run check passes (web svelte-check; full repo bun run check not re-run here)
  • Docs / README updated when behavior or contribution process changes

Persist team skills in skills.db, expose CRUD + HTTP catalog, register
them with OpenCode via ctx.skill.transform, and edit in the web UI with
CodeMirror markdown preview. Refs: tickernelz#402
Drop the custom CodeMirror markdown editor so floating labels match
existing memory dialogs and stop fighting hint/placeholder layout.
Direct /skills navigations were proxied to the OpenCode HTTP catalog
instead of the SPA; keep catalog under /skills/ and the explorer at
/skill-library.
…cluding API endpoints for retrieval, creation, updating, and deletion
…content, improving user experience and interactivity
Write enabled skills to disk so Skill.Info.path is readable, and assert
V2 registration/reload against a mock OpenCode skill editor.
…validate V2 registration with mock OpenCode skill editor
