At the time of doing this, it's the current LTS release. We were previously setting `lts` on `.tool-versions`, but this isn't deterministic to which version is actually running (it's also _probably_ not supported by `.node-version` which we continue to use). https://nodejs.org/en/blog/release/v24.19.0
