docs: record the change-understanding release on edo1 - #27

Release change-fa9b7c8 replaced the Controller/Runner pair on edo1 after an isolated rehearsal on a restored production copy; health, module hashes, container configuration, data history, n8n errors and public ingress all verified. The record includes the two prepare attempts that stopped safely (another session's release had just changed the prior pair; bundle files were unpacked unreadable) and the real-MR test the user stopped after a mis-focused browser input opened the MR edit page without saving or posting anything.
