docs: record the csinterview/morecs release on edo1 - #26

PR #23 (dfe1209) deployed as morecs-dfe1209 with the existing prepare -> stage -> activate helper: hash-checked overlay of the prior images, staged command flow and rollback compatibility on a restored copy, unchanged history at cutover and healthy services. The user's live MR check is recorded as user-reported. change-fa9b7c8 (PR #24) was later deployed on top by another session. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
