Stop refreshing TBMQ GitHub stars - #777

No page shows the thingsboard/tbmq count: the header's GitHub button never resolves to TBMQ, since its docs live on a separate site. Drop the repo from github-stars.json, so the weekday workflow no longer fetches it, and from the GitHubButton repo map.
