Document September 24 and 30 WDK releases

Update documentation for 28 WDK versions published on September 24 and September 30 across 21 packages, with the ERC-4337 gas-option migration supplied by the dependency below. Update install examples, API references, migration guidance, the changelog, wallet navigation, and generated documentation against published artifacts.

• Add Safe and Squads multisig documentation, including deployment, permissions, proposal coordination, funding, and cleanup requirements.
• Document CLI providers and module ownership, React Native storage migration, wallet provider reuse, Spark recovery, Bitcoin TLS verification, Velora quote validation, and BOLT11 metadata preservation.
• Cover the September 30 follow-ups, including base-wallet signer/disposal changes, smart-account shared clients, TON Gasless signature migration, and Squads partial-approval results. Explain provider compatibility limits for the exact released wallet and protocol combinations.

Depends on #260 for the released ERC-4337 transfer/approve gas-option migration. Merge #260 and rebase this PR before merging the aggregate changes; this PR adds that release's provider and seed guidance. Authenticated Solana paymaster guidance remains in #273, and policy/agent security guidance remains in #276; shared files may need rebasing as these land.

The October 1 wdk-indexer-http@0.0.0 publication contains only package metadata, so it adds no API documentation. Merged changes without their exact npm publication remain outside this PR.

Validation: Node 22.22.2 LINK_CHECK_EXTERNAL=true npm run quality passed (110 tests, 675 external links with zero broken links, production static build and generated Markdown checks). All 133 changed routes return HTTP 200; chooser filtering and ordinary docs navigation passed without console errors. Raw feeds return matching source bytes as text/plain; browser rendering was blocked by the local Chrome client. Independent exact-package runtime/type probes and review passed. The dependency was composed and checked separately; resolving it remains a merge condition. Published-package probes use local stubs; live transactions and native-device flows were not exercised.
