Temporary verification PR. Will be closed and the branch deleted as soon as the checks report — please ignore.

Comment-only change to .github/runners.yaml. Purpose is to confirm that after QVAC-24501 merged, a freshly opened PR still:

  • triggers Runner names validate and passes it
  • resolves runs-on through the runner_names reusable workflow
  • passes through the fork-CI authorize gate
  • schedules the catalog-wired jobs onto real runners

Chosen because it touches no build inputs, so it exercises the CI wiring without starting any of the multi-hour lanes.

Comment-only change to the runner catalog, to confirm a freshly opened PR
still triggers the runner-name validation, the fork-CI gate and the
catalog-wired jobs after QVAC-24501 merged. Closed and deleted once the
checks report.

Verification complete — the on-PR CI flow works on the merged master. Closing as planned; this PR was never for review.

Confirmed green: runner-name validation, runner_names / export, the fork-CI authorize gate, and the catalog-wired jobs scheduling onto real fleet runners (qvac-ubuntu2404-x64, qvac-ubuntu2404-x64-runner3).
