Pins all tempoxyz/gh-actions reusable workflow, action, and vendor references in workflow YAML to 0a60d757d0f4725a34f22f7b9ebf7b91b4b00bcf. The default-branch Scan GitHub Actions caller uses that reusable revision. No standalone zizmor or actionlint workflow/job was present to remove; inline suppressions remain unchanged.
