Ran core:update's tool and cargo fetch, and regenerated the protos Core's API update changed. The previous pin, c8d9191, is the pre-squash commit of temporalio/sdk-rust#1678 and isn't on main, so the submodule was first moved to its merged equivalent, 994bab3c. Brings in temporalio/sdk-rust#1736, which keeps the
exttables in client config profiles for envconfig extensions. #652 builds on it.The range also includes temporalio/sdk-rust#1658, imported as a breaking-change fragment: Core now fails a workflow task that only delivers updates, rejects all of them, and still sends other commands. Ruby already complies since #635.
