Don't run the "Required" CI check in main, since this should only matter for PRs
Why?
Not a big deal at all, but my OCD bothers me that this runs in main CI

Overview
The Required PR Checks aggregate job in CI no longer runs on
pushworkflows (e.g. merges tomainorreleases/*). Itsifcondition now requiresgithub.event_name == 'pull_request'in addition toalways(), so it still runs on PRs and still fails whenbuild-lint-testfails or is cancelled—without showing up as an extra check on main branch runs.Reviewed by Cursor Bugbot for commit e3ad648.
