Separate the documentation audience from JSON selection without adding interactive execution. Preserve raw JSON precedence and update bundled skills for agent Markdown. BREAKING CHANGE: --agent alone now emits Markdown instead of aliasing --json. Use --json to retain the existing JSON contracts.

Add one-shot agent Markdown with explicit technology, paths, documentation links, and safely quoted follow-up commands. Human and agent output share normalized content, while unrepresentable or external destinations never receive fabricated CLI commands.
Compatibility
--agentalone now emits Markdown instead of JSON.--jsonretains the existing raw page and catalog-array contracts and takes precedence when combined with--agent. Bundled skills and CLI help document the change. No TTY detection or interactive terminal dependencies are introduced.Verification
Rebased onto
origin/mainafter #30 and #31 merged. Focused tests,make test,make analyze,make build, and live integration checks passed. All four documentation commands were exercised in agent mode, and raw JSON combinations remain covered.
