移除当没使用这些参数时，默认生成订阅后，强制附加的默认值 null，个别机场订阅会无法转换，因为附加了 exclued=null&include=null，在 MetaCubeX 魔改后端 、subconverter 官方上游后端最新 action commit 版本，转换时会触发不明的 has been ignored and will not be added，节点会全部被忽略，并且强制触发下载 header 行为 预期行为应该是在后端定义默认值和空值，不应该前端附加

Vue 2.7 已停止维护，Element UI 2 亦不再跟进，继续停留在旧栈会让后续 依赖升级和安全修复越来越难推进。项目仅约 1500 行、单路由、无状态管理， 适合一次性整体迁移，无需引入 @vue/compat 兼容层。 主要改动： - Vue 2.7 -> 3.5，Vue Router 3 -> 4，Element UI 2 -> Element Plus 2 - 构建链切换至 @vitejs/plugin-vue，移除 vue-template-compiler - 插件由 Vue.prototype 改为 setupXxx(app) + globalProperties - 图标全面改用 @element-plus/icons-vue，移除 el-icon-* 字体图标 - 弹窗去除 .sync 镜像写法，改为 v-model:visible 双向绑定 - 复选框标题移入默认插槽，规避 Element Plus 中 label 的取值语义 若干实现选择偏离原设计，原因记录于 docs/plans 的 Execution notes： - Element Plus 逐个组件注册而非全量安装，否则按需样式注入失效 - 剪贴板保留 execCommand 兜底，纯 navigator.clipboard 会导致 HTTP 自建部署无法复制 - el-popover 显式声明 trigger="click"，Element Plus 默认值为 hover - 修复 Element Plus flex 默认值引起的两处布局回归 体积：JS gzip 121.5 -> 156.8 kB，CSS gzip 33.8 -> 18.8 kB， 图标字体 84 kB 移除，dist 总计 1.1M -> 1.0M。
