类似cliproxyapi插件系统，用户可通过其实现（动态）代理节点的选择与绑定、请求的预处理和后处理、降智账号的判定与隔离（尤其是grok，类似grok2api那样能在流式响应过程中动态检测是否降智并及时切换账号进行重试）等一系列自定义操作。

目前很多功能没有完善，以及一些 bug 没修复，还不处于稳定期间。
可能要等 1,2 个大版本，稍微稳定后再考虑是否需要此功能。
