The mesh extractor returns its buffer pointers as signed 32 bit integers. Once the WASM heap grows past 2GiB those pointers come back negative, and subarray() interprets a negative start as an offset from the end of the view, so mesh() and meshEdges() read from the wrong place in the heap. Coerce each pointer with `>>> 0` before dividing by 4, and reuse the local so each getter is called once instead of twice.
Merge sgenoud/replicad main (e4b05f6, v1.1.0) into the taucad fork. Upstream's 3847a60 (sgenoud#263) is a squash of this fork's OCCT v8 work and its tree is identical to the fork's main, so every source conflict resolves to upstream's version: upstream only refactored or extended the fork's code from there (shape files split, shape functions entrypoint, extrema helpers, named directions, `using`, split/cutPlane, tighter bounding boxes, vite 8, dependency cleanup). The fork behaviour (native mesh extractors, PBR and material density export, STEP transfer fix, relaxed-simd drop, WASM exception decoding, evaluator fixes) is carried in the new file locations. Deliberate deviations from upstream: - replicad-opencascadejs/dist keeps the fork's compiled WASM and d.ts, the build that is shipped. Upstream's rebuilt WASM adds BRepAlgoAPI_Splitter and BRepPrimAPI_MakeHalfSpace, which split/cutPlane need; the merged build config already lists them, so they arrive with the next rebuild. - Keep pnpm instead of upstream's move to npm: restore pnpm-workspace.yaml, regenerate pnpm-lock.yaml, drop package-lock.json, use pnpm in the root scripts, lerna and the studio workflow. - Restore the Tau publish configuration from f7b86c7 under the @TauLabs scope: @taulabs/replicad and @taulabs/replicad-opencascadejs with publishConfig, taucad repository metadata, and workspace aliases so code keeps importing "replicad" and "replicad-opencascadejs". - Versions: @taulabs/replicad, replicad-evaluator and replicad-cli at 1.1.0-taulabs.0, replicad-threejs-helper at 1.0.0-taulabs.0; @taulabs/replicad-opencascadejs stays at the fork's 0.23.0 because its WASM is not rebuilt here. Tau patched the published @taulabs/replicad@0.23.4-beta.2 dist with two changes; carry them into the source so the patch can be dropped: - Finder3d.atDistance and withinDistance skip the exact distance query when the element's bounding box already proves it is out of range (isDefinitelyOutsidePointDistance). The check now also honours the tolerance argument that upstream added to atDistance, and treats void boxes and kernel errors as "unknown". - iterTopo buckets yielded shapes by ReplicadShapeHasher hash so that deduplication calls IsSame only on hash collisions instead of on every previous shape. Upstream already added the try/finally explorer cleanup. Upstream's "Use tighter bounding box logic" (AddOptimal) only changes how boxes are computed, so it does not cover either change. The triangle and polar-copy boolean chains take 2-5 seconds each. With upstream's extra test files running in parallel they exceed vitest's 5s default on a 4-core machine, so give them 30s. Merge Risk: 🟡 Moderate · up to Studio publishing now runs the test suite first. With the current OpenCascade build, six known test failures block every deployment, and the root test command may not run the suites as intended. Supply rebuilt WASM bindings and fix the test script before merging. The other notes are small cleanups. Security Architecture ReviewSecurity architecture risk: 🟡 Moderate · up to The main risks are failure containment and runtime-state ownership. Compatibility recovery can repeat model execution after partial side effects, and overlapping builds can interfere with temporary aliases. Sequential cleanup is present, and no privilege escalation or cross-tenant exposure was established. Licensing provenance and broader runtime coverage remain unresolved. Retained concerns

The fork has no Cloudflare account, so the inherited publish-studio job failed on every PR. Run install, package build, tests, typecheck and the studio and example builds instead, read-only. Also bring upstream's rebuilt OpenCascade WASM and declarations that 1.1's finders need, run tests non-interactively, and fix the edge repr string. pnpm 9 rejects an unknown --run after a recursive test, and vitest read a forwarded -- --run as a file filter. The replicad-opencascadejs module exports no runtime values besides its factory, so every named import from it is a type. Mark them `import type` so the bundles never keep an import of the WASM package, as the Tau 0.23.4-beta.2 source (native-kernel-extensions) did. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com> Claude-Session: https://claude.ai/code/session_01AqCT91WnQNnHJQAQUyrXJt
… intersectAll Port Tau's batch Booleans (native-kernel-extensions dc33336, shipped in @taulabs/replicad 0.23.4-beta.2) onto the 1.1 shape functions: - Shape3D gains fuseAll, cutAll and intersectAll, and intersect takes the same BooleanOperationOptions as fuse and cut. Empty fuseAll and cutAll return a clone; empty intersectAll throws. - The shape functions gain fuseAllShapes, cutAllShapes and intersectAllShapes. - When the OpenCascade build has Tau's ReplicadBooleanBatch binding, every Boolean, single or batched, runs through it with the same settings as before (not non-destructive, glue from the optimisation, simplified with a 1e-3 angular tolerance, no fuzzy value), and fails on OCCT errors. - Without the binding (upstream builds), fuse and cut keep upstream's BRepAlgoAPI code, several tools run as one BRepAlgoAPI operation with argument and tool lists, and intersectAll intersects one tool after the other so that the result is the intersection of every shape. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com> Claude-Session: https://claude.ai/code/session_01AqCT91WnQNnHJQAQUyrXJt
Restore Tau's transform behaviour (native-kernel-extensions c62c37c): Transformation.transform builds BRepBuilderAPI_Transform without copying the geometry, takes Shape() and deletes the transformer, which the 1.1 code leaked. Translations and rotations now only change the location, so the result stays a partner of its source and keeps sharing its TShape; Tau's STEP export and mesh instancing rely on that sharing. Scaling and mirroring still rebuild the geometry. Also restore Sketches.extrude and Sketches.revolve returning Shape3D, so batch Booleans can be chained on multi-sketch solids. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com> Claude-Session: https://claude.ai/code/session_01AqCT91WnQNnHJQAQUyrXJt
Restore Tau's assembly configuration (37ca844 and 651594c, dropped from main by 9463d26): ShapeConfig is exported again with metalness and roughness, which Tau threads to glTF, and density. createAssembly writes a density as the shape's XCAF material (g/cm3), and exportSTEP turns the writer's material mode on. The material bindings (XCAFDoc_MaterialTool and TCollection_HAsciiString) are only in Tau's OpenCascade build, so the material tool is created on the first shape with a density, and a density on a build without them fails with an explicit error instead of breaking every STEP export. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com> Claude-Session: https://claude.ai/code/session_01AqCT91WnQNnHJQAQUyrXJt
… chunk Building replicad and shape-functions as two entries of one bundle moved the shared shape-function code into a casting-<hash> chunk. Stack frames from that chunk do not map through replicad.js.map, which is the one source map Tau loads for replicad frames. Build in three passes instead. The main pass writes replicad.js and replicad.cjs as single files with their maps (as 0.23.x did), and bundles the types of both entries. The shape-functions pass bundles the shape function modules and imports the stateful modules they share with the main entry (oclib, register, geom, geomHelpers, constants) from ./replicad.js or ./replicad.cjs, so both entries keep one OpenCascade instance and the same geometry classes; the config checks that the main entry re-exports each of those modules. The UMD pass is unchanged. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com> Claude-Session: https://claude.ai/code/session_01AqCT91WnQNnHJQAQUyrXJt

skill pages and the open-source notices describe 1.1.
How: this is the four commits from `claude/replicad-1.1-bump`, rebased
onto current `main`. I left out the commit that pinned the workbench
skill digest, because `main` already has that fix. `pnpm-lock.yaml` was
regenerated with `pnpm install --lockfile-only`; the only changes are
the replicad entry and `@types/opentype.js` 1.3.10, which it pulls in. I
re-ran `api-extractor:extract-replicad` and
`api-extractor:generate-bundles` and they reproduce the committed
generated files byte for byte. The interface selector annotations now
type finders as one-argument functions, to match 1.1.
Checks run locally (Node 22 in a cloud container; the repo asks for Node
24):
- `replicad` and `api-extractor`: lint and typecheck pass.
- `api-extractor:test`: 277 of 277 tests pass. The Python extraction
file can't load because the desktop's bundled CPython isn't in the
container.
- `replicad`: 18 test files (109 tests) pass. `replicad.kernel.test.ts`
runs out of memory after about 92 tests in the 15 GB container, and it
does the same on `main`, so CI is the real judge for that suite.
- `scripts/src/check-registry-dependencies.test.ts` passes.

Before: the fork sat at its own OCCT v8 migration (0286f1e), behind upstream v1.1.0. Tau carried a pnpm patch on the published
@taulabs/replicad@0.23.4-beta.2dist for the finder distance pre-check and theiterTopodedupe. After: the fork carries upstream v1.1.0 with Tau's patch ported into source. Packages are versioned
1.1.0-taulabs.0and published as@taulabs/replicad.Upstream's sgenoud#263 squashed the fork's own OCCT v8 work and its tree equals fork main, so every later upstream change applies on top of fork code. Conflicts took upstream's version. Fork behaviour (native mesh extractors, the mesh-cache fix, the STEP transfer fix, PBR/density, exception decoding, edge tolerance) moved into the new
shapeFunctions/*files intact.How:
@taulabs/. Workspace aliases keepreplicad/replicad-opencascadejsimports working.isDefinitelyOutsidePointDistanceis infinders/generic3dfinder.tsand now respects upstream's newtoleranceargument. The hash-bucketediterTopodedupe is inshapeFunctions/topology.ts. Both are covered by__tests__/distance-prefilter.test.ts.Known gap: upstream's
splitandcutPlaneneedBRepAlgoAPI_SplitterandBRepPrimAPI_MakeHalfSpace, which the fork's WASM build lacks. The fork's build configs already list them, so a WASM rebuild adds them.@taulabs/replicad-opencascadejs@0.23.0-beta.0lacks them too, so Tau loses nothing.Tests: replicad 76/82 (the 6 above); evaluator 12/12; cli 8/8; opencascadejs extractors 9/9; threejs-helper and studio build.
