Question
Verify the new release pipeline end-to-end: bump a chart version (real or dry-run), confirm a GitHub Release is created with the packaged chart, gh-pages's index.yaml updates correctly, the README chart table on gh-pages updates, and the CNAME / artifacthub-repo.yml on gh-pages survive untouched. This is the gate before flipping the default branch or archiving any legacy repo.
