adds Extension.js to the customers list
every extension it builds is compiled with SWC, through the Rspack builtin loader, for dev builds and production builds alike. it is open source, MIT, and used to ship extensions to the Chrome, Firefox and Edge stores
one logo file and one customers.json entry
