BUG: Drop down menus not working at all

Describe the bug
None of the dropdown menus on any tab work.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to Char Tab and click talent dropdown
2. Click on different item
3. Dropdown menu selection does not change

Expected behavior
Click any dropdown menu and select a new item. That option becomes the item selected
